As the partner leading the Operations and Project Management department, James plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day management of housing development projects. His expertise in finance and operations allows him to optimize processes, streamline project execution, and ensure timely completion of initiatives. James' ability to efficiently allocate resources and manage project timelines contributes to the cost-effectiveness and quality of JC Affordable Homes' housing developments.

Emmanuel Okello brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned social entrepreneur, business consultant, and business development practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Finance from Makerere University, Uganda.
Additionally, he earned an MCom with a major in Integrative Thinking from Rhodes University in South Africa. As the partner leading Business Development and Partnerships, Emmanuel's qualifications and expertise make him ideally suited to cultivate strategic partnerships, secure funding, and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's impact and reach.
With his strong financial acumen, Emmanuel ensures that affordable housing projects are economically viable and financially sustainable, ultimately contributing to the company's long-term success. His leadership in business development is vital in positioning JC Affordable Homes as a reputable and socially responsible company in the housing industry.
